Each participant is eligible for one gift card only; multiple entries or duplicate submissions will not qualify for additional rewards. Gift cards are available while supplies last, and this promotion is limited to the first 100 eligible participants who complete the survey. To qualify for the incentive, participants must answer all required survey questions. Incomplete surveys will not be eligible for the gift card. Survey responses will be reviewed to ensure they meet the stated criteria for completion. Eligible participants will receive their $10 gift card via email within 14 business days of survey completion. It is the participant’s responsibility to provide a valid email address for reward delivery, as Oberlin Filter Company is not responsible for incorrect or invalid email addresses. The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another reward. However, Oberlin Filter Company reserves the right to replace the gift card with an equivalent reward of equal value if necessary.
